Welcome to our comprehensive six-month program designed specifically for managing PCOS through lifestyle changes. This program is thoughtfully divided into two phases:
- 3 Months Active Intervention ๐ช

Program Outline:
๐ Weekly and Bi-Weekly Follow-Ups:
- You'll receive consistent support with weekly follow-ups during the active intervention phase, transitioning to bi-weekly follow-ups during the maintenance phase.
๐ Essential Health Tests for progress monitoringย
- Throughout the program, youโll undergo a few metabolic tests at your convenience and hormonal tests on the second day of your menstrual cycle, along with an ultrasound (USG ) at the start of the program, at the end of 3 months and also at the end of 6 months.
๐ Initial Assessment:
- We will send you a consent form and a detailed questionnaire to understand your current lifestyle and health status. And further you will have Pre consultation with your coaches about the same to arrive at a plan of action.
๐ Progress Monitoring:
- To measure your progress, we will repeat the tests as mentioned above and have a review, once at the end of 3 months and then at the end of 6 months.
