Welcome to our comprehensive six-month program designed specifically for managing PCOS through lifestyle changes. This program is thoughtfully divided into two phases:

  1. 3 Months Active Intervention ๐Ÿ’ช

Program Outline:

๐ŸŸ  Weekly and Bi-Weekly Follow-Ups:

  • You'll receive consistent support with weekly follow-ups during the active intervention phase, transitioning to bi-weekly follow-ups during the maintenance phase.

๐ŸŸ  Essential Health Tests for progress monitoringย 

  • Throughout the program, youโ€™ll undergo a few metabolic tests at your convenience and hormonal tests on the second day of your menstrual cycle, along with an ultrasound (USG ) at the start of the program, at the end of 3 months and also at the end of 6 months.

๐ŸŸ  Initial Assessment:

  • We will send you a consent form and a detailed questionnaire to understand your current lifestyle and health status. And further you will have Pre consultation with your coaches about the same to arrive at a plan of action.

๐ŸŸ  Progress Monitoring:

  • To measure your progress, we will repeat the tests as mentioned above and have a review, once at the end of 3 months and then at the end of 6 months.
